Payment Terms & Conditions

Membership Plans

TraDove offers several levels of Membership Plans for its users: Free, Gold, Platinum and Unlimited. Each plan provides differing levels of access, the details of which are listed in the Payment Settings > Upgrade page. Extra services and features may be purchased for an additional fee when available.

TraDove provides the option of monthly or annual billing cycles. Depending on the option you choose, your membership may be renewed at the end of each month or at the end of each year. By choosing an annual subscription, you will save 20% off the standard monthly price.

For any services purchased for a fee, either on a one-time or subscription basis, TraDove will store your payment card information for use on future payments. All account & billing information is available on your Payment Settings page.

Auto-renewal

All Membership Plans are provided with the option for auto-renewal, in which your stored payment card will be charged an identical payment to your existing Membership Plan. This feature is enabled by default. You may choose to enable or disable the auto-renew at any time in the Payment Settings page.

Prices Subject to Change

TraDove's subscription prices are subject to change at any time. Upon price changes taking effect, no additional charges will be made to existing Membership Plan subscriptions. Members with auto-renew enabled will be charged the updated price upon their next scheduled payment. If you do not wish to continue with your current Membership Plan in the event of price changes, you may disable the auto-renewal feature at any time.

Refund Policy

TraDove Membership Plans are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The purchased subscription shall remain in your name for its duration, including in the event of cancelation.
